Finance Factors Hires Keven Matsuura and Stephen Lally

Finance Factors, Hawaii's largest locally-owned depository financial services loan company, recently announced that Keven Matsuura and Stephen Lally have joined the company's Oahu team, both as vice president, residential loan officer. In their respective positions, they will be instrumental in meeting the needs of the company's mortgage loan customers.

Keven Matsuura, vice president and residential loan officer, is a licensed mortgage loan officer in the state of Hawaii (NMLS #639241). He has 27 years of experience in residential and commercial mortgage lending. Matsuura started his career as a Bank of Hawaii management trainee and was most recently a mortgage loan officer at First Hawaiian Bank. He has also worked as a business banking officer, bank district manager, and commercial lending sales manager at Central Pacific Bank, Bank of the Orient, and Hawaii USA Federal Credit Union. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Stephen Lally, vice president and residential loan officer, is a licensed mortgage loan officer in the state of Hawaii (NMLS #1636324). He has nearly 6 years of experience in the local mortgage industry. Lally has previously worked as a senior mortgage advisor at Amerisave Mortgage Corporation and Myers Capital Hawaii, and as a mortgage advisor at Honolulu Home Loans and Opes Advisors. Lally has experience managing large pipelines of both purchase loans and refinances. He attended Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, California.
