Finance Factors Hires Josue Aranza-Marcos and Sonya Spitznas

Finance Factors, Hawaii's largest locally-owned depository financial services loan company, recently announced that Josue Aranza-Marcos has joined the company's Kahului Branch on Maui as vice president, residential loan officer, and Sonya Spitznas has joined the company's Oahu team as vice president, residential loan officer. In their respective positions, both will be instrumental in meeting the needs of the company's mortgage loan customers.

Josue Aranza-Marcos is a licensed mortgage loan officer in the state of Hawaii (NMLS #1766284). He works in Finance Factors' Kahului Branch on Maui. He has five years of experience in banking, sales and customer service, and two years in the mortgage industry. He was born in Mexico and grew up in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Aranza-Marcos attended Los Angeles Valley College. He moved to Maui last year and couldn’t be happier to call Kihei, Maui his home. Aranza-Marcos is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Sonya Spitznas is a licensed mortgage loan officer in the State of Hawaii (NMLS #1960592). She has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage, real estate and vacation ownership industries in New York and Hawaii. She grew up in Westchester County, New York and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Towson University in Maryland. Spitznas is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association and Professional Women's Network, and an affiliate member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
