Title: Customer Service Representative I

Role:
Provides courteous and friendly service to customers and prospects, while efficiently and accurately handling their financial transactions. Is able to explain and sell Finance Factors deposit products and services to the general public in a clear and coherent way.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to process all teller transactions with minimum supervision.
• Satisfactory completion of telephone courtesy skills class, or similar training.
• Basic understanding of compliance regulations for deposit products.
• Successful completion of teller training class.
• Possess an aptitude for selling.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, speak English fluently, have patience to learn new programs and procedures and be able to get along with others.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and timeframes as assigned.
